When our customers use YULY for healthcare workflows, they may provide or generate information related to patients, visits, treatment, documentation, billing, insurance, and revenue-cycle operations. Customer data used with AI-assisted features is handled according to the customer agreement and applicable law. Where protected health information is involved, our use is limited to providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the services as permitted.

YULY uses visit audio and related scribe content to provide transcription and documentation support. For AI transcription and documentation support, visit audio content may be processed by YULY Health systems and OpenAI, LLC. OpenAI processes this information only to provide services to YULY under YULY's account terms and applicable data protection commitments.
